Hired for catering, showed up over an hour AFTER the event had started, didn't provide all the food order (found out AFTER the event started). When I asked for a discount since the food was extremely late and it was incomplete order, the owner said of course. I paid on time for the food and I had to follow up with the owner over several weeks just to get a refund for the missing food. She had promised me a discount as well, but never saw that amount. I too am a small business owner and I know every customer counts, and you bend over backwards to ensure that repeat business will happen.Horrible customer service, horrible service and the food was mediocre.A service paid for wasn’t delivered. Bottom line. Small business or large business, level of service isn’t there.

I'm a big supporter of local businesses however, this is one I may not visit again. From the moment I ordered I should have known this was going to be a negative experience. We ordered the pulled pork sliders and pulled pork lunch plate through their pop up location at a local brewery. After never receiving an order number, we were passed by multiple times until 30 mins past our order an employee came up to us to inquire about what we ordered. Another 20 mins passed and we were asked the same question of what our order was. We received our meal after over an hour of waiting and were presented with items very underwhelming. Each plate was under seasoned and did not included all components listed on the menu. As apologetic as the employees were, it didn't seem to make up for the lack of quality of food and attention to detail. I wish I could say I would be back for a second chance.

Update--waited over a month for Aloha Sol's offer to refund the sticky rice we did not receive on 6/2/22 (after two follow-up requests). Their offer to make things right with a $2.00 refund, proved to be insincere.

Called ahead to order food and arrived for pick up. We were super excited to try some vegan food with a Hawaiian flare, what a disappointment and over paid for what we received. Ordered a burger, Cali Hawaiian Burrito and a Coco Loco bowl. The burrito was the size of a $1bean burrito at Taco Bell and lacked much flavor, bowl had good flavor but was such a small portion that it seemed more like a side, burger was good and had my daughter had no complaints. Love to support Vegan restaurants but over priced for the portions, we were very disappointed.

I'm really not one for leaving bad reviews, since I am a business owner myself but I ordered Uber eats on a Saturday for a poké bowl and a few other appetizers with a slushy and dessert (63$ worth of food) it took about an hour and a half to receive my order which I didn't mind but when I finally got it the packaging was not done well, very messy and then on top of that my $20 poké bowl did NOT have poké on it :( and when I called and spoke to whoever was working at the time they were very short with me in saying that when they run out of poké they replace it with crab meat.... MIND YOU The Poké bowl description says it COMES with crab meat so there is no "replacing".... when I try to explain that to her she cut me off and saying "well do you just want a refund". I said yes please.... it's been 3 days still no refund AND now that I'm calling it is going straight to voicemail. The voicemail is full, I'm wondering if they blocked my number? I highly do not recommend this place, I understand that mistakes are made but as a business owner myself I know that you take responsibility and try to make the customer happy.... very rude very short DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Is this place a scam???? We ordered 2 burritos, gyozas, a mango lemonade, and crab cakes, for $40 ($50 after delivery), and we got 2 super lame burritos, one mango lemonade with an unprotected straw in the cup (like in the picture, i mean, the delivery guy could've taken a sip if he wanted) and no crab cakes. I called to see what's up. Straight to electronic voicemail, 3 times. Oh, and when i decided to leave a voicemail? The box is full, i'm sure of people complaining as hell. Stay away from this place. Never again.

Where do I even begin... The entire process was a trainwreck. I called to order ahead (at 4:25 pm... Important info to remember). They asked that I pay through the door dash app, that I don't utilize. I asked if I could pay with my card on site, they said it'd be fine. I got there 5 minutes later, and the guy could not seem to figure out how to process my order, and after 45 minutes asked me to download Uber eats to pay as a pick up order. I wait over an hour and a half... I ordered at 4:30 and got the order at 6... Regardless, I wasn't in any rush, so no sweat off my back, I'm excited for the food because the menu items seemed so tantalizing. We get our food and I kid you not... Not only did they botch the order, have missing items, and items I did not order... But not a single item was actually good. If I waited an hour and a half for food... Without complaint or interference, as the business owner I'd probably be making sure the food came out on point. The fried fish was cold and soggy, the allote corn bowl was a can of corn dumped into a cup container and a dollop of mayo placed on top, the cole slaw was soggy, the spam on the grilled cheese was half warm. The only reason I didn't go immediately back and call every item out, was because the owner seemed genuinely nice and they had their kids there helping them cook. The woman was incredibly sweet... But some people don't need to be in the restaurant industry.

We got delivery from Doordash. The food was great but we have to warn people ordering from Doordash: Our delivery person told us Doordash didn't give him his tip, and then left the food out without telling us it was delivered in front of our door. This seemed to us like a scam. We'll be contacting Doordash with pictures of screenshots of his actions. We ordered the garlic fried rice, and this lost a star because it was literally garlic mixed in with rice. Maybe we misunderstood, but the pictures definitely showed another entree than what we ordered.

This place was a complete waste of money - the teriyaki sliders were decent, but everything else was a joke. I ordered the coconut mango sticky rice and got plain sticky rice, the poke nachos, macaroni salad and veggie spring rolls were bland. The skewers were less than decent. I always hope for the best with locally owned small businesses, but looking at other people's reviews and seeing what they actually received, versus the menu photos is criminal. It's like this restaurant stole photos from the internet & tried to pass the food off as their own. This is just wrong and the restaurant owner/s should be ashamed. Mall food is way better and cheaper than this place. Organic?!!! This seems like a very loose interpretation. Shame on you!!

Holy Moly!!! TRY IT! This place is BANGING!!!! I had the sweet potato chip Frys and the Teriyaki Burger - it was to die for!! Absolutely amazing! I mean seriously it's worth driving to! And customer service is just phenomenal! I'm so shocked! I never had heard of this place! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! It's a perfect blend of sweetness in the patty and the guns are just perfection!

I feel like I need to warn anyone else on Doordash who might be tempted by their delicious-looking pictures. Like other reviewers, my Doordasher waited about 30 minutes for my food. This is not only bad for me, but cheats the doordasher out of money because they can be making other deliveries. Be ethical and don't mark the food as done, unless it is done. I ordered salmon rice but got raw poke. My fish tacos were flavorless. My iced tea was too sweet to drink and had been sitting there so long that it had no ice in it at all. I took one sip and threw it away. Same for the Hawaiian macaroni, it was undercooked and flavorless- how do you mess this up, the recipe is really easy! The food looked nothing like the pictures. I spent over $50 to be left waiting, hungry and disappointed.

So excited I found this place. I did get delivery but the things they sent with my meal made it seem like I was at my own Hawaiian BBQ. SO FUN! The food was great, Marg was delicious. Loved the whole experience from the comfort of my own home. Will order again!

I tried this place for the first time on July 8th. I ordered Big Kahuna Sunrise Teriyaki "Chicken" and Grilled Veggie Skewers, which comes with a side and a drink. When it was delivered there was no side or drink. I called and had to leave a voice message, which I did asking to have the rest of my order delivered or my card credit for the difference. Then I also sent them an email requesting the same. The business actually returned my call right away and offered to credit my card for $10 to cover the missing items plus for my inconvenience. I was content with that. Problem is, I never received the credit. I sent a second email and still nothing. Pretty disappointed and probably won't be ordering there again.

Husband and I were excited to try this place. We orded on the Yelp app and arrived at the shop when the app/text said our food was ready. My husband went to the door to pick up and was told that it actually wasn't ready and that 2 items we initially ordered (crab cakes and avocado fries) were unavailable. So we were asked if we wanted to sub so we subbed for sweet potato fries and goyza (not modification in price was done). We were told 15 more minutes and then the food would be ready. We kept checking in and finally 45 min after arriving (after the app said the food was ready) our order was finally ready. We were sincerely disappointed once we sat down to eat. The macaroni salad lacked the key ingredient: macaroni. It was avocado and pineapple covered in spicy mayo. The grilled cheese didn't have the pineapple and was much smaller than the photo showed. The crab roll and goyza was OK, no complaints - just underwhelming. Sweet potato fries on the site are strips. We got waffle fries that seemed more like the kind you get at the grocery store... lastly, my husband ordered a drink that he watched your team member spill when gathering our food to hand to him. My husband was handed a 1/2 full cup and when asked why it was not full was told "oh we used to have smaller cups" Uh what?? He had to ask for the cup to be refilled....and wipe the spilled drink off the bag himself. Advice for managerment: 1) If an order or item is not available, update the app. If you can't do that, common decency is to contact the customer that an item is not available and if they'd like to sub or cancel BEFORE the rest of the order is ready. 1/2 of our order just sat there while we waited for the last subbed items to be prepped. 2) Don't update the app and say food is ready if it is not. While we were waiting for our food, there were several delivery drivers waiting as well. They arrived assuming the order was ready per the app only to find they had to wait 30 min....time is money and you take their money when you make them wait for orders to not be ready when you say they are. 3) Customer service goes a long way...from updating customers when their orders are not able to fulfilled to order, timeliness and accountability when there are mistakes made. We were so excited for vegan Hawaiian food, but unfortunately we won't be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE. Man, I really dislike writing bad reviews, so much so that this is my first one in 5 years?? 6 years? We ordered food to save time after a tiring week and having to work late. The pictures are a LIE! I wish we could get our money back. The food that arrived looked nothing like what we ordered, nothing like their pictures. What did get? We are so stunned! We haven't been this tricked with food in a long time. They should be ashamed of themselves. What are they thinking???? We rarely eat out/take out because of the pandemic so we splurge when we do. What a waste. To top if off We were supposed to get teriyaki sauce-we got BBQ, for the teriyaki burger. Why? That is just one thing. We love Hawaiian food. This is so irritating. And the food was bland.
