We are all about supporting local businesses especially if they are owned by a local Family. Coffee and Smoothies are really good also. Highly recommend this place.“

“So excited that Einstein Bagels opened here in Vista! I recently bought bagels and a goodie assortment to a work day at my church. The staff were so helpful. Of course I wasn’t sure what to get. They hooked me up with a nice variety of bagels that met everyone’s desires. Kristine the lead manager was extra generous and gave me some pastries to go with the bagels and coffee containers I got. What a hit! Thank you! I will post some pics. …. Also, went there recently just with a friend and their specialty sandwich was amazing! “I had locks and bagels. The Einstein Bros bagels are delicious . The service was friendly and very professional. I am visiting from out of state and every time I visit Encinitas this is one of my favorite stops. I will be back!“

“So delicious! I ordered a recommendation from the chef. He was so extremely sweet and asked details about what flavors I like. I ended up going with jalapeños bagels and jalapeños cream cheese. It was pretty spicy but a great change up for a $10. I highly suggest getting cream cheese added on. It was very filling. I would definitely go back again.

My only complaint would be that only they have a sign up for some free items and it looks like in North County, none of the Brueggers accept the coupons or accept online orders. Maybe I am incorrect in this but that was what it looked like from the website.“

i don’t even mind the 30-minute drive from escondido. this place is incredible, and i recommend it to everyone. easily the best donut i’ve ever had — and i’ve tried plenty. they also bake fresh bread, croissants, and bagels daily. the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a bagel or croissant is to die for.

they also make sandwiches with freshly sliced boar’s head meats — a detail that proves they care about quality.

if you try this place and don’t think it’s the best donut you’ve ever had, i’ll personally give you your money back.“
