Whoever is in charge of this place is absolute disgrace. They should not run a business with their lack of integrity and costumer service let alone their lack of professionalism! Their cakes are inedible and very disgusting. But from them it you want your money to go down the drain! Do not recommend

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would give it a MINUS zero STAR if I could! The cake was absolutely bad TASTING! Heavy amounts of butter cream! Dry cake and an EVEN DRYER attitude from the owner! WHO LACKS PROFESSIONALISM AND ACTUAL BAKING SKILLS. So disrespectful, zero customer service and zero taste! Please do yourself a favor and do NOT get anything from this place, unless you want to ruin your day!

This person doesn’t have AN OUNCE of customer service in her. They didn’t give me the size I wanted and they were NASTY, DISTASTEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE!

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a birthday cake for my wife, the taste was a huge disappointment. When we politely raised our concerns, the owner was flat-out rude and dismissive, especially toward my wife, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Instead of taking feedback with grace, she became defensive and condescending. We paid good money expecting quality and basic respect, but got neither.

Save your time, money, and energy. There are plenty of better bakeries out there that actually care about their customers. Never going back.

No customer service, does not have decent variety of sweet bread and NO pan dulce displayed. I can here someone in the back baking. I did not even get at least a "welcome, I will be right with you". Did not feel welcomed. Strange. The cake models displayed need some dusting off as well.Not coming back to try them.

Since my husband went a second time to buy pan, I decided I had to write this review. The conchas were the best I’ve ever had! You can taste the quality ingredients. We bought a variety of pan dulce and everything was excellent. We will be back to try the bolillo . It is a tiny place and not easily seen from the main road. We met the owner and the baker who were very kind.

Fresh out the oven pan dulce as I was getting there. Good price on bread. Very friendly & offered if needed can put in a order for special bread pieces. Open 8am-8pm

Very bad customer service, don’t waste your time ordering anything from her business. My husband ordered a cake for my birthday we wanted whip cream and she used butter whip too sweet. Unprofessional bad customer service . Next time food for less definitely.

Ask for whip frosting got another sweet frosting too sweet and over priced food for less has a good cake whipped frosty for half the price !

This is not an actual bakery where you can buy pre-made cakes or pastries. my wife and I saw their ad on Google and drove 20 minutes to go to their store. We ended up and in an industrial area of San Marcos, we don’t know where that was and then we called the number. The lady said all you have to order the cake. Very disappointing!

1. I arrived there around 10 am and had to wait about 2.5 hours for someone to arrive and actually open, despite having an open sign on and having a schedule that says that they should be open.2. The woman who took my order was very condescending and uninterest when I would ask her questions, seemed overall annoyed.3. last but not least, I went in there with full confidence in the outcome and price of the cake. However, I was extremely disappointed. Especially because I even provided a reference/format picture of the cake I wanted (with details and notes written) but was given a cake that only had one actual detail right. (ex: I wanted gold letters on the cake but they did red letters instead ?)

Went to these guys for my wedding cake, AMAZING! GLUTEN FREE, YUMMY, perfect color scheme to match my wedding (white and gold), excellent service, great price! SO GLAD I CAME HERE FOR MY WEDDING CAKE!
