The woman who took my order was very condescending and uninterest when I would ask her questions, seemed overall annoyed.3. last but not least, I went in there with full confidence in the outcome and price of the cake. However, I was extremely disappointed. Especially because I even provided a reference/format picture of the cake I wanted (with details and notes written) but was given a cake that only had one actual detail right. (ex: I wanted gold letters on the cake but they did red letters instead ?)

Cake was not at all same than what I ordered. The color for the cake I chose was very shuttle dusky light pink and what I got was coral unfinished cake!! When I asked, this guy was rude since I had already paid. Very unprofessional and low craftsmanship.
Wasn't too impressed. Unfortunately after we told the owner where my friend was getting married she insulted us by saying the venue was not that great. The cakes were just okay. It didn't seem like a professional store front either. Messy inside and not very presentable.

My husband and I ordered our wedding cake from Dulce Bakery and Aracely did an amazing job ! The cake was two different flavors champagne & vanilla and it turned out very delicious! She made our cake vision come true. Would 100% recommend!

This review is overdue. I am super impressed with the bakery and the quality of their cake. We had ordered a honeybee cake. They had asked me to send in some pics to get an idea of what i wanted. I ended up sending two pics, one for the body of the cake and one for the decoration part. They got both perfectly. They even made spider muffins for me and from a design side i couldn't be more impressed by how correct they got my request.From the taste side too, I'm super impressed. Usually, when you order a tall cake, the bakers fill it with icing, but in their case, they actually had tall layers of delicious cake and low sugar icing as i had requested.
Message this person asking for a quote, she asked me a few question and never got back to me. And keep in mind that she says that she could actually make the cake

I reached out yesterday to request a quote for cupcakes for an event. The number was higher than my budget for this event, but I would've considered them for something else down the line. I politely thanked the owner and said this was out of my price range, but thank you, and they immediately scornfully responded with "Look into Albertsons." I have nothing against Albertsons or grocery store cupcakes, but this sort of response was neither necessary nor warranted. Can't say I will be recommending this place to anyone.
