I came in on the 25 of April, at around 12:30 ordered to go. I ordered an avocado burrito and a crunchy taco. Was hard to find the avocado in my burrito and my crunchy taco was plain had hardly any lettuce and it was cold like it was sitting out for a while. The avocado burrito was just chicken, lettuce and cilantro, didn't see any avocado in it.

I ordered the tortilla soup. It tastes like it has been burnt. No soup spoon, no extra condiments which typically is given with it. Also the kids meal was not given the side so I needed to go back around through drive thru and get them. Not sure what was happening today, but this is not typical of this location.

I order my food for pick up in advance and they didn’t have the food ready until 20 minutes past the pick up time. On top of that they forgot part of my order and had to ask for it. The portion of my bowl was also way smaller than what I get at other pollo locos.

It took 20 minutes to make the smallest $11 burrito I've ever seen. If I can add a photo you'd see the length of my hand is bigger than the length of the burrito. What kind of world do we live in that this is acceptable?
