I came into L&L to fulfill a pregnancy craving of garlic shrimp. I ordered 2 orders not realizing there was only 3 shrimp per order. I was going to show up with 6 shrimp and I was going to be in trouble!! After letting Luis know the predicament I was in he said “ I will give you a couple more shrimp to make your wife happy”. Not realizing he gave us a really good amount, my wife was thrilled to have her pregnancy craving satisfied. Luis saved me from getting in trouble as well!! The cook allowed me to order after six days straight of eating there with no issues then told me I was not allowed to eat there after I paid. Since I'm disabled with a service dog he said " if we were less busy your disabity would be allowed" and left me crying with my dog eating in the rain. If they had told me right away after six days of eating there that this day I wouldn't be allowed to eat inside I would have gone to McDonald's or something and saved myself the embarrassment and shame.Id like to thank them for making me cry and feel worthless for trying to enjoy their food. Having a disability is hard enough but to be taken advantage of on top of it cripples you even more I hope that extra table they wouldn't let me sit at pays off for them.

We ordered catering form this shop for a company event and it was great! They accommodated the order to include a vegetarian option & were patient in explaining their catering options. All utensils, napkins, & food was included. They were also very generous with their sauces serving size Very smooth process, give them a call!Parking: Inside of Walmart

Man, this place has great service and conveniently located inside the Walmart entrance but their food is atrocious! The bbq beef had a silver/green sheen, mac salad was watery, the bbq chicken was terrible and looked like it is been cooked days ago, the masubi had meat in there that was paper thin but the katsu was alright I guess.

I've been going to L&L for 20 years and I normally don't send reviews on here but I had to say this is the best food I've had at L&L as long as I've been eating it. I had to call the manager in the store inside Walmart in San Marcos to tell him how much I enjoyed this food. Nice to see a cook and manager take pride in quality and really appreciate someone giving them Kudos Thanks to the manager for great communication so I can give this location the correct praise.

Today I chose to have L&L for lunch, and it was delicious! I got the Chicken Katsu Mini Plate, it came with white rice and macaroni salad. The L&L is located in Walmart, which was really convenient since I had to pick up a few things from there. The service at L&L was great, the lady that helped me out was really sweet and packed everything nicely.

Horridly slow, incompetent employees. I came in for an order and there was a single person in front of me. It took 20 minutes when this was ordered 20 minutes ahead of time. In my opinion, 40 minutes for basically fast food is terrible. You messed up. The whole time, the girl stood in front just staring at the cook doing nothing. The one cook in back cooked one plate at a time. The girl finally gave first guy his order and she forgot half of it. She also kept forgetting napkins and utensils and kept reopening the bag to put stuff in. Customer came back asking for the rest of his MISSING food while i was still waiting. Girl failed to bag his food with the right stuff. Then failed to provide utensils. She did nothing but waste time. Food is ok. The employees are confused. You guys are AWFUL.

I order from here pretty often and my usual is the hawaiian bbq chicken plate. The food here is always fresh & the manger Luis is always accommodating to how you like your food cooked. It's better than the stand alone L&L bbq locations in my option and it's located inside of Walmart. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone.
