The birria taste like nothing but cinnamon..tortilla was extremely greasy. It was a catering perhaps they were rushed idk. Carne asada looked grayish likenitbwas just boiled and chicken tasted very chewy. Like insaid perhaps they were rushed with prepping for the catering and to prep the tacos...

Had the Birria Fries for the first time was excited to try them but the nacho cheese and the sour cream all tasted Spoiled and expired and the fries were super soggy with no flavor pretty disappointing :/

Iβve been here twice now and I love the birria tacos. Will definitely be back again.
Some of the best Birria I have ever tasted. A great food truck that needs a cult following. Take a look eat everything and get to know the owners and staff great people.

The birria is very good! And the consomΓ© was too it didn't have any fat and I like that!!
I took the food to eat it in the car it was cold and although there were tables and chairs it was cold and windy so I just wanted to go in the car.
They gave me mint super nice and salt but no salsa ππ I like spicy so if I go back I will ask for some. I just figured that they will throw a few π next time I go I will ask if I can have salsa everything else they give out without asking. Mint, cilantro, radish, lime and mints
