There are a few reasons why my family or I come to McDonald's. One, the coffee-which hardly ever disappoints. Two, if traveling and need to get a quick breakfast- we get their burritos, sausage biscuit w/egg or sausage McMuffin w/egg. Three, if ever in a frie or frappe craving. Needless to say, we hardly ever have anything else on the menu. Over the years, yes we've tried a few items but only when we have had no other option due to time or where we are traveling at/to. The items of choice are usually the same. Once in a while we'll get a cheeseburger, that being said, it always taste the same and looks kind of sad. This particular location is near me and it's my favorite so far. The people are always pleasant and on a couple of occasions I've been missing/given the wrong item, but they have always made up for it right away.

Been going here for years with coworkers, good location from the freeway and nice to see the renovations they’ve been doing. Ordered most things from the menu like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich when that was the craze, the Filet-O-Fish during the lent season, the McRib when it was back, the location seemed to always deliver.

They have two drive-thru windows. However, drivers think they're on the street and cut you off after you order. However, the orders are ready by who placed the order first. With that in mind and you go to this McDonald's if someone ordered before you let them go, we are not on the highway. You are not going to get there any faster and your order will probably be wrong. Also when I received the fries the food was cold.

Elizabeth was so rude and gave TERRIBLE customer service as well gave me ICE cold fries mind you I was the ONLY person in line. She was huffing and puffing and looked upset when I kindly asked about a price difference about M fries and L fries.its literally your job to do so.If you don’t like your job work somewhere else Elizabeth or act accordingly. date: January 10 @ 10:55 pm

It's always disappointing getting home from the drive through and having the wrong food. I even asked the guy if he knew what I ordered when he gave me the wrong drinks. He corrected the drinks and assured me that the food was right, but when I got home with my kids, it wasn't. Probably best to avoid this particular McDonald's.
