My coworkers would take me to this food truck pretty often, they said this was one of their favorites Mariscos places. Soon it became a ritual to go on Thursday or Friday almost every week. I know this might seem excessive but: THESE ARE THE BEST FISH TACOS IN NORTH COUNTY. My family and I have lived in vista/Carlsbad/San Marcos for 20 years and side from cessys, these are the BEST local fish tacos you’re gonna get. Sure sure, you could go to a fancy restaurant and maybe get something pretty great, but for a true local fish taco you can’t beat mariscos. 2 fish tacos cost about $7 in total. I guess you can blame inflation. You do have to wait awhile for your food, but the wait is worth it. I’d rather wait for good food than wait for food that is not good. Overall the food is delicious!
