I had a disappointing experience due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager, Pablo. His attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, creating an uncomfortable environment from the moment I walked in. Rather than offering helpful service, he seemed more focused on being confrontational than addressing customer needs.
To make matters worse, the portions were noticeably small—I received only one scoop of chicken for two entrees, which felt unfair compared to previous visits. The inconsistency in both service and food quality makes it hard to recommend this location.

Where to begin here.. I had an absolutely awful pickup experience. I didn't realize this was inside the collage campus and on top of this there is no free parking and it was pouring rain. The hours at this location are terrible and they close as early as 5 pm on some days. It was incredibly difficult to find where the actual restaurant is on campus. I had to put on my emergency lights and park by that little roundabout area and hope I could find it. I was so close to just taking a loss on the food as I was risking a parking ticket or worse. I finally found it by going straight up a lot of stairs and eventually it's in a building if you go right (I don't think the building is even labeled) and then it's all the way in the back of the building with some other "restaurants". I showed up 15 minutes before closing and to my surprise they were already closed, the registers were down and staff was way in the back putting things away but I could see my food sitting there. Eventually someone came out and gave me my food which was very much out of customer's reach. Then to add insult to injury it was in a paper bag which I've never seen at ANY other panda express and again, it was raining so I asked for a plastic bag and they told me they didn't have any. As far as the food itself, it was not fresh and the portion was fine unlike what other people have said. Overall avoid this location like the plague unless you are a student on campus!
Vegetarian options: No Beyond Orange chicken at this location but the one on San Marcos Blvd has it so I don't see why this one doesn't.
Parking: No free parking! Must be a student at the college!
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely not accessible and requires you to go up a lot of stairs

They always short you on portions. Literally had three pieces of the shrimp left, and dude wouldn't give them too me. You know we are students, right? Why are you always shorting us on portions?

I admire this restaurant! They serve delicious dishes, they have a nice menu, The chief cook in that spot is a specialist, I like a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the clients is efficient. I often go to this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

I call this special restaurant many times since I love the good air that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is awfuly friendly and experienced. The service is extremely quick. Also, the food they prepare is highly distinguished. I came often and I was never disappointed. The pay is reasobable. I suggest this place to all my friends.
