Staff was friendly; however, almost out of bagels at 9am and there was no coffee available. Had to wait for coffee to brew and was in a rush. Doesn't appear staff prepares and plans ahead.

Horrible experience on Saturday 12/21/24. No issues with ordering the food. The person handling and making the orders (Brandon the Manager) was rude and inappropriate. My boyfriend walked up to get our food and had asked a question, Brandon the Manager responded with a mean tone and unapologetic behavior.
While we were eating our dinner I heard Branden the Manager say “ Too Mexican “ . Then I heard it again. “Too Mexican”! I don’t know what the conversation was about l, but as a MANAGER you should know better than to make a comment like that with your coworkers and nearby customers to hear. I am a proud Mexican American and deeply offended by the comment Branden made.
