Staff was friendly; however, almost out of bagels at 9am and there was no coffee available. Had to wait for coffee to brew and was in a rush. Doesn't appear staff prepares and plans ahead.

Horrible experience on Saturday 12/21/24. No issues with ordering the food. The person handling and making the orders (Brandon the Manager) was rude and inappropriate. My boyfriend walked up to get our food and had asked a question, Brandon the Manager responded with a mean tone and unapologetic behavior.
While we were eating our dinner I heard Branden the Manager say “ Too Mexican “ . Then I heard it again. “Too Mexican”! I don’t know what the conversation was about l, but as a MANAGER you should know better than to make a comment like that with your coworkers and nearby customers to hear. I am a proud Mexican American and deeply offended by the comment Branden made.

Since they closed the other location at san marcos this has been my new place to g. It has great food and the atmosphere is great but what I'm really disappointed is the fact that during the most busiest time, finals week, there is only one section of the place that the outlets work. I'm currently typing on my computer that is dying at this moment and I won't be able to finish my work since it's going to die is a few minutes.

Small portions with big prices. I spent $17.00 for small salad and cup of soup with no drink. I wasn't even full after my $17.00 price tag. Disappointing.

Order half wrong, insanely overpriced, took 20 minutes to get all my food. Just go bankrupt already Panera.
Very nice for lunch. Great menu. Priced a little high but the food is premium.
Vegetarian options: I like the pick 2: 1/2 salad, soup or sandwich choices.

Get your bread, but don't waste your money on their breakfast sandwiches. For $10 and you get a Crossiant and little piece of egg and 1 slice of bacon.
