Worst Starbucks in North County!!!! Went here again today giving them another chance and never again. If I pay $6.00 per drink I expect my drink to be made properly. This place never gets it right. Will drive across town where they know how to make drinks. Starbucks came up on consistency and this store has missed the mark. I'm writing corporate as well.
always have bad customer services at this location especially from this one blonde women. Always takes long to make one drink and builds up the line and always chatting with other employees. This girl needs proper training on making drinks and customer service. Always get my drink made incorrectly.
9/4/22 at 7am I arrived to pick a coffee with oatmeal milk instead she gave me a oatmeal milk cup with a grande coffee and charged me twice and charged me 3.95 for the oatmeal milk ???? on the side instead of adding it to my coffee ☕️. So I was charged twice. When I asked for a refund she said no because they charge 3.95 to sub for oatmeal milk so she would not give me a discount.This is the second time she’s been real difficult to deal with.
