Dropped in for a coffee after a Kaiser appointment and was impressed by the staff and the friendly experience even though it was my 1st visit, I felt welcomed by Styles at the counter on this visit and I was impressed by her customer service. Styles is a real asset to this location.
Went on a little breakfast date with my 3 year old and the staff was so nice. There was a little extra strawberry foam from my strawberry matcha latte which was a nice treat for my son. Thank you to the employees! It was busy too!
I believe the overall picture of this place is a quite one well operation. The manager is on there to explain and show the other workers what their jobs are to do. It looks like a very well machine that is working just fine. They are attentive to getting the orders out mobile orders and orders that come in with a fast and effective procedure that is probably less than 20 seconds it seems like because it is so fast and efficient on getting that order out and if they happen to forget...
