Today there's a new barista and they prepared my coffee incorrectly , called her back and had conversation about it she advised to come back . Told her I do work and can't come back .. and can come back tomorrow the convo got to the point she did not apologise and instead makes me feel that it was my responsibility to wait longer to pick it up the next day .. it was a mess she was mocking and kinda laughing on the phone because I keep explaining to her that it happened before and barista Alex handles the issue well ..

Staff is amazing i was upset because I went to another starbucks and they made me such a nasty coffee and I took it to their shop and Gilian corrected the issue right away for me and the Barista Kylie did an amazing job on getting everything perfect!

check your glasses of coffee, there is always half a glass of coffee in a glass, and you paid for a full glass, this way they save coffee, they have a new business) check your glasses and make sure that your glass of coffee is full size, what you paid for.

Starbucks – San Marcos: Exceptional Service & Springtime Vibes
Stopped by this Starbucks in San Marcos and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally friendly staff! I asked for a sticker from the spring special drink promotion, and not only did they give me one, but they generously handed me a whole board of six stickers—such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture!

Fast drink preparation, no long wait times.
Despite being in a busy plaza, it’s not too crowded on weekday afternoons, making it a nice spot to grab a drink and relax.
This location goes above and beyond in customer service, making the visit extra enjoyable. Definitely worth a stop!

Amy is so sweet and amazing! It’s rare I receive good service at a fast place establishment everyone is typically just doing bare minimum and what is asked of them in this day and age but Amy stands out! They are lucky to have her and we are as guest lucky to be served by her!
