Terrible wait every time. Noon they have one person working with 3 on their lunch break on the busiest hour...good thing there's another subway a mile away

This subway is very unprofessional. They have time that they open and they don't follow their own rules. I came here early because it was a good place to come before work which I waited outside at 8:50 when there times say they open at 8am.The lady not only ignored me as I'm trying to ask Her a question she goes and hides in the back while me as-well as 5 other customers were waiting outside. We tried calling the store multiple times to get a clarification on what time they open at and she looked right at us and continued to ignore as-well as continued to hide in the Back room. Subway you guys need to either change your times if u want to open later or at least have your employees come outside to say what is happening not just stare at your customers.

The guy that made my sandwich was incredibly rude. There wasn't anyone behind me in line but he was rushing me. When I asked him to unfold the crumpled up wad of turkey he was putting on my sandwich he said "oh does it taste better like that?"...... Of course it does. He didn't toast it completely, it was super soft and they didn't hand me my food. I had to reach over the counter to get it after the cashier just walked away. Also the sweet onion sauce tasted and looked old. Just avoid this one and go to the one by Albertsons.

Subway has gotten more expensive than Jersey Mike's. Quality is still so soI would just go to a sandwich shop. Or Jersey mikes if you want the best sub from a chain shop

Please change your website hours. Twice we been there and you are closed before 9pm. We stopped today at 7pm and the place was closed. At least put a closed sign on the door. Well, at least the one by the University suite 149 is open and the place is jammed with customers, good for them two thumbs down for you

It's super frustrating that on the web it says you open at 8am on Saturdays, yet when I showed up at 8am the place was still locked and the lights still off. This is poor customer service. How about hiring people that care to be on time and your doors opening at the time they said they would!

Accessibility: there are a few handicap/accessible parking spots in front of the building with a ramp to get up to the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors. Inside there is a good amount of space to move around In, and they have a single, any gender bathroom, also with a heavier pull door. The drink station to fill up your own soda or get straws and lids is actually very tall so you would need to ask for assistance in reaching those if you are in a wheelchair or not tall enough to reach. As for seating, there are wheelchair accessible tables inside and outside to eat at. Masks: no employees or guests were wearing masks when I came in on 3-28-2022. Food: the food and cookies were good. They had everything available. The only big issue I had was their new lids; wow their lids are impossible to poke straws through. I had to actually cut open the hole of the drink lid to get my straw inside, no joke. They should fix this. Nearby things: there is an LA Fitness gym, Spaghetti Factory, UPS drop off place, pizza place, Mexican food place, and barber shop all in this same parking lot.

So I came in right. Very helpful staff. Trust me. But I tryed to use a coupon. And they said they only expected on paper. If you have coupons online and they said we don't expect these. If you put them online and you don't use them then why are they online.

Young man behind the counter was personable and laid-back and, did I say personable? It was remarkable especially in a world full of disconnected youth serving in eateries. Just had to comment.

Daughter and I both have food poisoning from eating here. We had the exact same sandwiches. Employees seem extremely unhappy working there as well. Will never be back to this location if at any subway after this experience.
