My parents 82 and 87 went to this restaurant on Friday May 30th. My Mom needed a water cup to take her pills with her meal. She was told she couldn’t have a water cup because they don’t have any. And the soda cups cost them money so they can’t give her one of those. She also had a coupon for her sandwich but wasn’t allowed to use it there. She called the manager today June 2nd and the manager told her that’s she should have gone out to her car and gotten her own cup. She told her those cups cost money so she can’t give those out. My Mom told her she wouldn’t be back. The lady said “that’s your choice”. She was so rude. I have never had a bad experience at a subway. But everyone I know will know how they treated my parents and I will never eat there again. This manager needs some lessons in customer service.

I go in hear for lunch, well used to a lot. But then some guy started working who half-asses a sandwich together then overcharges you like the meal deal isn't right in front of his face. Also, every other employee knows how to apply my coupons at the register but this guy tells me I have to order through the app to do that... I'm an auto tech and if I did my job like he does his people would end up dead.

I had a coupon that was valid. Foot long for $8.99 which is nationally advertised. This location must have a cheap ass owner who won’t accept them. If I wouldn’t of felt bad for the worker, I would’ve left the sandwich on the counter instead, I paid full price won’t go there again

The Store Manager April was fantastic. She made my day in the best way possible. I hope she is making at least $30 to $40 an hour for how clean and on top. Of things she is. If not she should.
I got here right after they opened and she was already ready for me to order. A few things from her night shift was missing we found out. But she apologized and fixed it. And she took the blame instead of trying to push it off. That is rare in this day and age. I never felt rushed and ate my meal in store.
