Rolex was always on time, very polite and was in and out of the house. He was also very helpful and letting us know why our dishwasher wasn’t working. I also loved his positive attitude. Overall great experience.

Arguably the best place I could have asked for as a college student. This apartment has everything you could want. Just downstairs there is a coffee place, Ice cream, and restaurant. I haven't had any issues with partying college people so far or any excessive noise besides the obvious construction going on across the road. ABSOLUTELY PRIME LOCATION. I went to school in the area, I worked in the community, and I lived here. What more could I ask for. There is a great sushi place, great coffee place, great bar/restaurant all in the building or a 1 minute walk. A cowork across the street that allows day passes and memberships for working in their office. It was sooo convenient to be able to walk everywhere.
