We’ve been coming to this pizza place for years over several changes of ownership. But the last couple of times there’s been toppings missing! The first time it happened they took my order verbally and so I figured I would just use the app for the second time but again there was a topping missing. A year ago I gave Aldo’s Pizza three stars. The food was fine, the effort was there, but the kitchen felt like it was holding back. Something was missing in the fundamentals. This time they got it right. Not by changing who they are, but by finally cooking with the confidence the craft requires.
