Great food, the people are very nice!
I found out this is the owner of another very popular restaurant in Belmont which currently still have long line every time we visited. So we decided to try his new restaurant.
The location is off the busy part of San Mateo which is awesome. Plenty of free parking and no wait at the restaurant. People walked by would second thought on coming in.

Delicious Chinese takeout and fast service! The orange chicken was a good ratio of chicken to breading and the congee was the perfect texture. Crab rangoon didn't have enough filling though.
