Very careless staff. They don't know how to follow simple instructions. I have ordered twice online and each time there has been an error from the staff. The first time I ordered avocado toast, NO EGG NO CHEESE NO BALSAMIC, ADD jalapeños. I showed up and they gave my order to someone else. They gave me the other order that had balsamic oil and it was soggy and gross. I threw it out. Today I ordered a bagel with veggies, NO CREAM CHEESE ADD HUMMUS and they decided not to add any veggies! If they don't read the orders, I doubt they will care if I leave a 1 star review.

Reliable sandwich/wrap/toast spot. The servings are big, ingredients taste fresh, and flavors are balanced. Nothing special, but every neighborhood needs a spot like this! Seating is tight inside but probably could fit 10-15, and there is more seating outside. Feels kind of lame that they charge a few cents more for a wheat tortilla.

Food is good but service absolutely sucks.
I asked questions about how the kiosk worked and the dude was so flustered working he didn’t even answer my questions. He then went to me and finally answered after 10’min of me figuring stuff out.
Then they said my order was ready but I ordered a spinach wrap.
Dude didn’t even say sorry and just sighed and had the order remade. I legit spent 20 min in the shop waiting for an egg potato wrap.
But.. the food is good hahaha
Go knowing you’re gonna wait hella long hahah.

We stayed close to this restaurant, and we went for breakfast every day until our last day in San Francisco. Truly loved the food. Wish they open a location in Toronto.

Terrible service, there were 2 workers around 7:18 am, I wanted to order a black foresham and they told me that they don't know how to prepare the sandwich, but with an attitude of not wanting to serve, I understand that he was preparing some sandwiches but it was not the correct way to say or ask the other colleague if he knows how to make them since according to them they only know how to be other types, I think that if they are going to open, I think it is better to train the appropriate staff to be able to have a business at this time of the morning. I do not think I will come back to this place. Terrible, I could not have breakfast thinking that I was going to enjoy a (delicious breakfast).

We didn't get the egg or the smoked salmon we paid for. Disappointed to pay $30 for incomplete orders. It tasted good though.

This is my default go-to spot for a breakfast avocado toast for over a year now.

The avocado toast is pretty bad. You’d think the item from the name of the place would be better.

Breakfast crunchwrap and avocado toast were fine. The ingredients are all there but nothing about it screams quality. Service is friendly though.

Fresh avocado, good scrambled eggs, nice sourdough toast. Even added a parchment paper between to prevent the lower slice from getting soggy. Portions felt a little small (sandwich loaf) and the avocado was covered in tajin. Couldn't find the option to remove tajin on the menu-iPad, but the picture made it look like only a little tajin was going to be added. Took a little while to navigate their software, asked for my phone number but staff called my name when it was ready, no text. Once ordered food was fast! Solid place, would go back and try to customize my order more.

Just to order in store they charge a “convenience” fee. It’s not disclosed at all until to click the taxes and fees on the screen. You pay for the privilege to order at thier store and they save the labor. This is what’s wrong with our restaurant industry. Then they ask for a tip for take out. Stop this insane tipping for no service at all even I’m supposed to do all of it self service.Food took a long time to come out.Their tables are all ex subway.
