Not sure what's going on today, been coming here for years and love them but today more people were working but service was super slow and they completely messed up my Nola, I asked for 2 ice cubes they put a bunch and taste like a full cup of oat milk with a shot of coffee in there, gross! Going to another store for a real Nola... :(

I went by there the other morning and they were closed. No sign. Nothing. Totally random. Not sure what was happening but I simply don't have time to waste. I'll hit up B street instead.

Nice coffee shop. Espresso is much better than Starbucks but kinda pricey.

Leaving this specifically for the owner/manager. 5 employees not busy. Bathroom not really clean . Low energy and unwelcoming. Not blaming anyone or any employee. But it should be a good environment considering the product and location. Vibes matter. Food and coffee good. Service is good. But just no atmosphere

This is my favorite coffee place when I'm in the Bay Area. Great baristas and coffee, clean, what more can you need.

I haven't been to Blue Bottle in awhile, but very happy I had lunch at Roam next door and decided to get a coffee before taking the kids to the Playground. I got the iced Nola Shakarado (?) with oat milk. It was fantastic and I drank every last drop. It was so good I went back the very next day to get another one. It is the perfect balance of sweet (but not too sweet) and spice and ice and everything nice!. It's good and I drink alot of coffee so I applaud Blue Bottle for this drink. My only cringe is that it is $8 so with a tip to the servers, you are looking close to a ten dollar drink. Only one size as well. It's just not a coffee I can get every day. Aside from that, I will make a point to get this drink every time I am in the area from now on. Lots of parking in the area although you might need to walk a block or two. It is in a fairly new residential area with cute tables both inside and outside to sit. There is a great ice cream shop and burger place next door so a great place to have lunch or dinner.

Great coffee! Can use more tables but there were ones outside but it was raining. Parking can be a challenge depending on the time of the day

The barista kept using her apron to wipe the filter, and continued making next espresso. That’s unacceptable.

Not the coffee quality I would expect from Blue Bottle. Felt they are too busy and so the quality isn't coming up to the usual coffee geek Blue Bottel level. When they are with their manager and when not too many customers, the quality becomes more controlled.

It's hilarious and sad at the same time when the Blue Bottle cashier acts condescendingly when the customer asks questions about their order. Lol, seriously? Come on...you only work as a cashier. There's no need for condescending attitude towards a customer unless the cashier is upset and frustrated with their current situation. By the way, my friend thought the coffee was too bitter.

This is my neighborhood location and I'm glad this gem is here. It doesn't get too crowded and I am usually able to find a table to work at. The baristas are nice and friendly. Their drinks are good, I discovered my favorite drink to order and surprisingly it is not coffee. I also ordered a pastry and it was good, recommended by the barista. This cafe is always clean. I love that even spending some time sitting here, I don't leave smelling like a cup of coffee like other places. *ahem*

Tried Blue Bottle for the first time! I wasn't aware that the menu they had on display only showcased some of their drinks, so if you're looking for more options, be sure to look at their app beforehand! I went for a safe option and got their Nola iced with oat milk. It was slightly sweet but had a good amount of caffeine as I remained wide-awake for the rest of the day. Their chives waffle was okay. I expected a bit more from a savory waffle. I felt like it was missing a salty taste to it, so it may have been better with butter or a dash of shaved salt. The Nola came out as soon as I finished ordering, whereas the waffle took about 3 minutes to come out. The shop itself is pretty small, with only a few 2-3 person tables on the left and right. There's a huge fountain display outside of the shop, and is across from a large commercial building. It was busy for a Sunday afternoon, but I can imagine it being even more lively during a week day. The shop is definitely more for socializing and getting a quick drink rather than a sit-down-and-study vibe. Looking forward to trying their other signature drinks!

Their cookies are simply delicious here and the service is always great too. I highly would recommend trying them out whenever you have a chance.

If you have any concept of good coffee, please avoid it. After just a sip, I just threw away the coffee.
