I haven't been to Blue Bottle in awhile, but very happy I had lunch at Roam next door and decided to get a coffee before taking the kids to the Playground. I got the iced Nola Shakarado (?) with oat milk. It was fantastic and I drank every last drop. It was so good I went back the very next day to get another one. Not the coffee quality I would expect from Blue Bottle. Felt they are too busy and so the quality isn't coming up to the usual coffee geek Blue Bottel level. When they are with their manager and when not too many customers, the quality becomes more controlled.

Leaving this specifically for the owner/manager. 5 employees not busy. Bathroom not really clean . Low energy and unwelcoming. Not blaming anyone or any employee. But it should be a good environment considering the product and location. Vibes matter. Food and coffee good. Service is good. But just no atmosphere
