Breakfast food seems to be their niche and it's open late. Steak undercooked (rare vs medium rare) and Salmon was so dry I decided to use it for soup vs trying to eat it

We went in the morning. Our waitress was nice but she was the only one attending because they were shorthanded, I guess. The husband asked for a medium rare steak, but they overcooked it. It was tough. I had Berry French toast slam. I have no complaints. We finished with a shake. It was too liquidy but it was tasty.
