this place was very good when they just opened! We had to wait long time for a table, and the food was great. Somehow, chef changes, and flavor changes.. ,but the waitress and waiter are nice, so please still support them.

Bad service, the restaurant is not that busy, we ordered the food, waited there for 50 minutes, asked and turned out they didn't take the order. So there are times that the waitors just stood there looking at us waiting but never asked what was going on, just ridiculous

Hours are wrong. Supposed to open at 5pm but it was closed at 5pm and at 6:30pm when we checked back later. Disappointed after a long drive to try their food. Not coming back. Should've read other reviews prior to heading over.

The operation hours are wrong. Supposed to open at 5pm, we were there at 5pm and then checked back at 6:30pm, they're still closed. Drove for 1hr just to try their food. Now it doesn't really matter if it's good or bad, we're not coming back here.

I came here yesterday for ayce hot pot around 7:00-7:15pm. Based on first impressions, it was really confusing as to what kind of restaurant it was. I was originally wanting to go to the hot pot place next door to this one, Little Sheep, but they don't do all you can eat. The male server who seated us, seemed very nice, but didn't really give us any explanation of how the menu worked. Their menu is very limited btw. Not very vast like other hot pot places. I'm not sure if it's like this on other days, but the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. We ordered our first round, received our soup in 10-15 mins, and didn't receive any of the meats, veggies, rice, and noodles for about 30-40 mins later. Keep in mind that their time limit is 90 mins (1 hour & 30 mins). It just didn't seem fair to say the least. I didn't even receive some of the right items I wanted. But the thing that was the final straw for me, was finding a long black hair in between meats on the meat platter. My hair is blonde and my friend's hair is short and light brown. So I complained to the server, and received a weird reply of, "Okay, I'll let them know." No apology or compensation. That's when we just decided to cancel the rest of our order, and asked for the bill. Despite all the negatives, their dipping sauces are good!

Rating: 0 Stars Came to try their new Hot Pot. Terribly dissapointed. Arrived around 6:30pm and sat down right away. The restaurant had only had 2-3 tables eating at that moment. The food for the first round came rather quickly but the waiter said we ordered too much food and cut off half of our orders for us. Then we ordered the second round with even less food. This time the owner helped us put the order in. At this time, there were around 2 more tables in the restaurant. While waiting for our second round, more people were coming into the restaurant, but not all tables were filled. After 45 minutes of waiting and asking the waiters/owner how come the food were not coming, all they say is they will check on it. We asked a total of 4 times! After 1 hour of waiting, still no food in sight. We all left with an empty stomach. Ate for 30 mins, and sat for 60 minutes. Would never come again. If I could, I would give NO stars. And miraculously, if you need to pay, they will ring you up immediately without a second thought.

The review is not for hot pot. We ordered polo and fired naan with lamb, the fired naan is the new entree and not on the menu. As I am a light taste person, I like the lamb in the polo, it is good, but the lamb in the fired naan is salty. But my boyfriend, a heavy taste person, he has the opposite options. He likes the lamb in the fired naan, but he said the lamb in polo is bland. All in all, the fired naan is pretty delicious and surprised us.

Copy from the duplicate yelp profile. Specializing in beef and lamb for hot pot only. I have to say, despite my review, lamb and beef quality were not bad. Hot pot ingredients were okay, nothing special. Everything is sticky, service is good and bad (1 guy good, 1 guy vaping and sulking around), food had to be "ordered" with receipts and everything aka servers can't go and get anything from kitchen even if there are only 4 tables... decor is.. unusual. And there are private banquet rooms in the back. The best is that it seems like someone lives there. Or at least washes up in the women's restroom.. I saw all their skincare products! Lol. The cold buffet was fruit, tortilla chips, pickles (pickles I understand, bc it's a middle eastern dish, but it was literally bread and butter pickles from the jar lol), and then Chinese pickles. I need to go home and shower, now.

AVOID if you don't want to get sick the next day. We tried all you can eat hotpot here and the temperature for the pot is definitely not high enough to cook the meat. The manager told us it is designed on purpose because high temp will overcook the meat. I understand certain meat will be more tasty with median rare. But I really don't think meats offered here is good enough to be consumed with median rare. 4 out of 6 of us got fever the next date. You may argue that it might be some other cause, but I certainly do not like the attitude from store manager. If your food is not that great, at least offer some good service.

We figured we had to try AYCE hotpot for only $19.99 Mon-Thu, this is at least half the price of other nearby AYCE hotpots so we figured what have we got to lose? Well if you're looking for AYCE hotpot without breaking the budget, this place is it! The shrimp and fish are on par with other places. The sliced meats are sliced extra-thin but we're OK with that. The fresh veggies are very decent. The broth is fine, maybe not quite as flavorful for instance as the competitor a couple doors down but honestly when I'm done with a meal at that competitor, I'm thirsty and guzzling water for the rest of the evening! We'll be back (and bringing the fam!).

They have hotpot now and it's 19.99 Mon-Thu other time 22.99. Food quality is good and we had great time.

Came with friends for the hotpot, there's a special price recently for $19.99 AYCE (not sure about the regular price.) I have to say the quality of the fresh cut beef is excellent for the price. Although the service is not very delightful but I'm still happy with the price lol

I think this place used to be / could've been good. We've been looking for Uyghurs nearby since Sama Uyghur Cuisine, located in Union City, is a bit far for us now. We saw the menu on Yelp which looked extensive, but when we got to the store, we were told they're only serving hot pot and less than 10 Uyghur dishes now. The hotpot prices looked super high and not any more unique than Little Sheep or other more popular places. We decided to give the Uyghur a try and got the da pang ji, a lamb skewer, and the lamb polo rice. Da pang ji came so fast you just knew it wasn't made fresh but pre-made stuff that they heated up. The noodles were also not chewy or handmade like at Sama or Xian Kitchen in Milpitas. The lamb skewer was big (and it better be.. cost me $5.99!) but it was dry and not too flavorful / never marinated. The polo rice was ok.. lamb wasn't as tender as Sama and was quite tasteless and gamey.. at least they gave us an ok sized one. The rice was a bit sweet with bits of carrot which was simpler / lamer than other places. Personally would not return, and it was expensive for how bad the food was.

We live in SF, we've been several times in SF to eat this kind of beef hot pot, since my friends want try this spot, we make the reservation however after we get here, there is a lot table available. The beef taste totally different than what I ate in SF, the quality is not that good, sever is slow, after the first round, we have to wait long time to get our second round. The one thing make us feel uncomfortable because when we saw the check, since we have party for 6, we do ATCE, it show us $216 instead $176 it totally not make sense for us, after we talk with the server, he told us it's their fault. I prefer SF spot!!!
