Owner is very nice service is great! 7 hours later I’m not sick. I love tacos and I am in a mission finding good tacos in San Mateo county but this is not it. I’m so sorry. I think the reason most people like it and this has good reviews is just because they’re so starving waiting at DMV I am a very honest reviewer. Here are my reasons why…
- the salsa is not spicy
- the salsa is very thick
- the salsa was slimy
- the meat taste spoiled
- my daughter didn’t like it lol

Positive the tortilla was good owner was nice and didn’t get sick

Wow, from the very first bite! The flavors are authentic, fresh and tastes like it’s made with love! Being from SoCal, I’ve had a lot of tacos… my husband and I walked over here right before he was getting ready to move his truck to catch the adult school crowd, and he still took the time with our order! He nicely prepares everything on the plate, and is generous with his portions. We tried the asada, carnitas, pollos y al pastor and they each had their own distinct flavors, each bite, juicy and tender. Come and support a hard working man, we can’t wait to come back to try his other offerings!

Great food, and perfect location especially during a 4 hour wait at the DMV. So thankful they were near by walking distance. Four minutes on foot away from dmv.

This review is long overdue! I’ve walked by this truck for a while and finally decided to try it out about a month or 2 ago. I’ve been eating here more than any other place since then! The food is fresh and delicious. You can’t beat the price and the owner is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m glad I’ve found a nice place to eat that’s conveniently located. I hope they stay for a long time!

BEST VALUE TACO TRUCK IN THE PENINSULA.

Lowest price and most loaded with meat.

Just look at how loaded the tacos are in my photos.

The other taco trucks probably out about half the amount of ingredients in their tacos.

El Sabor De Mi Pueblo is a delicious and authentic food truck experience, bringing the flavors of my hometown to every bite.

Absolutely loved the food. Wanted to have a snack but ended up having a full meal by repeatedly ordering tacos. Great veggie taco, haven’t had such a good taco anywhere else in California. The only thing I’m sad about is not being able to find this food truck last 2 3 times I’ve tried looking for it.

Vegetarian options: The veggie taco is absolutely amazing.
