At work we do daily taste of many different food items, and needless to say the chefs are very passionate about what they prepare and how they prepare it. With major confidence, I have recommended Refuge to all of them without fear they would be disappointed. Most of them have accepted my suggestion and none of them had anything negative to say about the place. They all love the food and the beer selection, and they all keep coming back for more! Refuge is by far one of my favorite restaurants to go to. This is a place that everyone should try, you will not find a better pastrami sandwich anywhere in California.“
“I was surprised that after passing customs, there was a restaurant with really delicious food and a nice atmosphere that could provide travelers with a satisfying meal.The wine and food here are really delicious. Although the price is a bit higher, it is reasonable because it is located in the airport and it is a special occasion.The restaurant decoration and atmosphere are great. I will still choose to come here next time I have the opportunity. The waiter is very busy but will pay attention to the progress of the customer's meal even if the food is not served in time.The service is really great. It’s really nice to be able to sit down, rest and relax after the rude and unreasonable interactions in the airport hall and customs.“

“My husband got the Chop pastrami salad, which is always good and this time I got the shrimp tacos. Perfect amount and should've asked for some spicy sauce or jalapeños because it could've used a little kick. All in although, service was great what else can you ask for!?“
