the ice cream barista Alexander remembered that I have a habit of ordering my dulce de leche milkshake, paying for it, and coming back to pick it up a couple minutes later (because i need to pick up my shake shack order from downstairs). I just like it when ppl remember my specific order Alexander is a real one. W barista, W milkshake frfr.

when someone of this store wants to order on instacart, and order 100 bananas, 8 gallons of milk, lots of heavy cream, cleaning products and a bunch of water, at least give a decent tip for the instacart driver! 5us for maybe the most heavy order I’ve ever seen in instacart is not fair, even more to delivery inside a mall!because when you buy an ice cream at this store, the minimum tip is 15%, and they don't even give a 5% tip to the driver!

You can expect a long line when visiting on weekends, however most of the staff, are well prepared to take on customers. I was helped by this young man who was very patient and kind, and kept the line moving smoothly. #thatsdazs

My experience at this location is not too bad. The customer service is ok. The ice cream is high quality and so good. Reasonable price as well.

It's haagen dazs , flavorful, the ice cream seems to gotten overly sweet though. They do charge extra for the waffle cones ,service was good, slow at tellers though since ethey so busy scooping ice cream especially on weekends.
Too expensive! It's just ice cream.
