Don't get the poke here. I love poke but only when its really fresh. This was not. The salmon had that fishy taste it gets when its not super fresh. Also the rice is hot so the salmon started cooking - that part I don't mind, but I know that bothers a lot of poke enjoyers. All my coworkers got the ramen and rice bowls with charshu and chicken, and they all loved it. I think as long as you avoid the poke you are good!
FYI the poke doesnt come with the egg, someone gave that to me from their ramen.

The ramen and gyoza was packed with flavor! Our server Diana also made sure the hospitality was top-tier :)

Do not recommend this place! The ramun is awful 🤢 I don’t know why they call it ramun? Real ramun is different. Complete waste of money 💰
We had a delicious dinner here. Our server Diana was an extremely hospitable and welcoming. The tonkatsu ramen was filling and flavorful. Definitely recommend to visit in San Mateo.

I had no idea this was a chain of restaurants, but they've perfected the ramen recipe with a rich broth and delicious thick noodles (Tonkotsu Ramen). Best of all was the daily freshly made garlic sauce that is a free add-on and the watermelon, lime, mint infused water that they also serve.
Wish they provided water in reusable cups and had reusable chopsticks, but the space was clean and the staff very friendly and explained many parts of the menu.

Got the vegan ramen, and it did not meet my expectations. it had a huge pile of raw lettuce on top and the broth had a weird foam. The broccolini was deep fried and oily. There was 2 tiny cubes of tofu, what a disappointment. The music was way too loud.

I took the vegan ramen with an extra egg, my husband took the tonkotsu. We loved it.
Also the watermelon infused water was very refreshing.

Ramen is always good here. I wish they give you more than two slices of pork belly.

Been here a few times already and we notice a problem.
Please hire more staff!
Seems to be under staffed all the time. The wait time to order is slow. Food comes out at a reasonable time, but when we want to pay.. it takes a ridiculous long time to get someone to come by.
The staff lacks of attentiveness, but tacks on the required service/tip fees of 16%. So basically tip for slow and shitty service.
