I ordered a bowl and they had none of the ingredients but the bottom of it (drink) my waffle was also burnt instead of warmed . So disappointing

Horrible customer service very arrogant and rude. Needed the restroom emergency style. Sales lady said we need to purchase no worries we are. Then proceeds to turn her back on us and finish. Wheat grass shots literally every smash of the grass almost put me in tears I needed the restroom so bad. Time management is definitely an opportunity here

Marisa is so nice and great customer service. Best Jamba location in the Bay Area! I live closer to several other locations, but drive an extra few miles for nicer people and service. Love how they can still make the old school drinks - Orange Carrot Karma! Location is friendly and lots of care given to customers.Taking it to the next level - Coolest Jamba location!9/9 Update - tried the Go Getter; great option for macha lovers?! Pumpkin Smash ?? is also in season now to get you in the fall mood! As always great service and high-energy from Marisa ?.9/16 updateService is so fast and courteous at this San Mateo downtown location. This location treats their customers like family members - in addition to delicious drinks, they customize them with cute drawings and make sure that everyone has their drink exactly how they like it. We are here at least once a week, since it's a solid way to get vitamins and maybe a green or two into our little kids. Marisa, the store's senior manager, is the kindest person and always greets us so warmly. She made a point to ask all our names and figure out what we need. It's always a really positive experience to come in and our kids ask for smoothies all the time, so it's become part of our weekend ritual. Love this Jamba location and the wonderful team that works here, led by the awesome Marisa! My kids and I are in most every week and they never disappoint. Marisa always goes above and beyond to make sure my little ones are happy - even drawing little designs on the tops of their lids, which they love since they’re fun and I love since then I can tell whose is whose! We were traveling this last week and hit a few other locations that made me miss our home one of downtown San Mateo. We’ll be back in soon!
