Johnny's is consistently awesome. It is not posh, but it is solid. Go somewhere else for your posh needs.

Blueberry pancakes were pretty good and the Mexican scramble wasn’t bad. Service was good for a Saturday morning. Nice looking spot with 2-level seating. I’d come back again.

Met the owner, Mario. Good location, great service and fantastic food. We were visiting from Philly and wanted a local spot with a diner feel. Good was awesome and flavorful, no long wait!

Just had some really good Johnny’s pancakes! They were fresh, warm and tasted like my Mom made ‘em! Dipped in their sweet syrup, you cannot go wrong. Add a cup of hot coffee and my morning was on a fabulous start! If I could, I would have breakfast here every morning! Friendly people, inviting atmosphere and hospitality were on point…I highly recommend this brunch spot!

Grabbed lunch here for the first time and the overall experience was really good! The waiter was super kind, my boyfriend had ordered some pancakes & we had waited a long time for it and so they gave us a complimentary pancake.

I ordered their Florentine Benedict ($15.95) and I did not like it. The egg yolk was not runny 😭 The portion itself was just right, it looked really little when I first got it haha

Other dishes we ordered:
- Brunch Burger $13.95
- Mario’s steak omelette $18.95
- Penne Pesto $16.95
- Miami Heat Crepe $16.95
- Fruity Nutella Crepe 13.95
- Coffee $3.95

Solid breakfast joint. Had the Chilaquiles, which were excellent. This place needs your love. Give 'em a shot. Coffee was hot and kept full.

A inauspicious and popular place which I have passed by on numerous occasions and had my client and friend not suggested it, I might not have found it. But, yum, yum! Brunch was quick, tasty and filling. Service on point and ambiance, we sat upstairs and it was private and comfortable. NIice. #

We had a wonderful breakfast here last Saturday morning. Service is always friendly and the food is good, but the breakfast burrito was next level. I can't think of a better breakfast burrito I've had in years.

I wanted us to try somewhere new to eat and picked this place.   Inside it looked like a regular restaurant.  It even had an upstairs.  The gentleman who greeted us was nice and after a while we realized, he seemed to be the only waiter, or doing it all but cooking.   They had affordable specials that even included coffee
We ordered:
1.  Pancake special - Standard staple but tasty

2.  Joe's scramble - mom enjoyed this that she devoured it.

3.  Corn beef hash- Didn't look that appealing but it was delicious.  It would've tasted even better if we had a side of rice.

4.     Breakfast burger - my niece enjoyed this and said it was flavorful.

5.  Steak and eggs - I ordered it medium.  At first it was juicy and flavorful but then dried out.   The onions and mushrooms were a good touch.

6.  Cornflakes french toast - I was s little disappointed, as pretty as it was.   It was missing that crunch from the cornflakes.

Overall, the place wasn't bad.   Maybe it was just an off day.

Had brunch on Sunday at noon and we were greeted with friendly hellos immediately. I ordered Johnny's Special Breakfast Burrito and it was amazing. The crispy grilled tortilla complimented the soft refried bean filling, and the chorizo gave a hint of spice. The taste reminded me of bean burritos I used to eat as a kid in school in the best way possible. The fries that came with the dish were crisp and hot. One last thing...I left my key pouch behind (it looks like a small purse) and when I called 10 minutes after realizing my mistake, the guy who answered said he found it and said to come back whenever to pick it up. Friendly, honest people coupled with good food. I'm definitely going back.

Parking: Free parking in the back (but it gets filled up quickly). Otherwise plenty of free street parking on El Camino.
