This is my favorite quesabirria taco truck. I've been coming here for years. It's a bit messy to eat, but worth it. Birria De Res are $5.50 each (as of Aug 2023) but large and filling. The beef (res) is flavorful and the cheese is a string of melted goodness after you bite into the crunchy side. Don't wait to eat it or it will get soggy! Great quesa birria chivo and res. Takes credit card. Pleasant customer service. Does not come with consomme but is not needed, the goat and the beef were loaded with juice anyway. PS: they don't have cabeza anything even if it's painted on their truck

I love this taco truck. I get the quesabirria tacos de res (beef). Everything is so flavorful and delicious. I can't get anything else like it in the area. I'm always craving it! So glad they brought quesabirria to san mateo. The workers are very nice too.
