The food is so good and delicious
I specifically wanted to eat Honduran food, so I checked out this place.
I ordered the classic Honduran “Pollo con Tajadas” and boy it did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the taste of each of the components of the dish was perfectly authentic and it tasted exactly as it did when I ate this dish in Honduras decades ago. The food was amazing , it was a first time experience and I loved it, super clean as well as the service they were super nice. I for sure will be returning!!

Latin Flavor Cuisine Food Truck / Honduras is a family owned and operated business with friendly staff. The food is delicious with the utmost of quality, made fresh once you order. The truck has a base menu and daily or weekend specials as well. Menu items include mouth-watering fish soup, pozole, grilled offerings like steak and pork chops, carna asada, salad, rice, beans, and tortillas. The classic Honduran “Pollo con Tajadas” features chicken cooked perfectly with green plantains, vegetables, and dressing that taste authentic. The Honduran “baleadas” with just beans/cheese/crema and also with scrambled eggs have handmade tortillas from scratch and taste spot on. Mexican chicken tacos are pretty good. The various flavors of Tacos were a MASSIVE hit at a wedding, and everyone mentioned the wonderful food and the kind and friendly attitude of the staff. The meat is so flavorful and very tender, the beans are so delicious, the rice is full of flavor, and the tortillas are hand made and delicious. The food is so good, so clean, and very well cost effective. Two tacos will make you full, hit those 500 calories clean, and just cost $6, with some extra crunchy chips with cheese and beans. The food is Excellent.
