I showed up for off the grid on Friday and lilos was part of the event! My wife and I split an order of quesabirrias with consome , the staff is cool the quesabirrias are cheesy ! The consome was smooth and the salsa very spicy! Definitely would go again

We got the Torta sandwich today, and it was amazing! Life-changing! The service was fast and the lady even gave me hot sauce! So thoughtful! Ambiance is casual and chill! Perfect lunch!

We tried this food truck at the Foster City Sunner Days 2023 festival. We heard about this food truck from other reviews and it was worth it. Expensive, but they are generous with the side stuff they give. Not healthy, but DELICIOUS. Our tacos had more cheese than the cheese pizza from Domino's. And tasted better too. I would recommend the super tacos.

Tacos and grilled cheese were good but sadly the consume was bland. Tasted like plain chicken broth. I think it's odd bc when you make birria the consume is made from the juices of the meat and the resulting broth is the consume - so if the meat is good but the broth is not that tells me they maybe are doing it separately. So this was a miss sadly.

Simply superb food! Leslie & her truck are just super! Plus she & her family are the kindest family we know!

Found them parked at SFO, next to Terminal 1. There was a long line, which seemed like a good sign. Once they took our order, it was available quickly. Birria tacos with consumme. Tasty, delicious, very visually appealing. Chicken burrito. Very generous quantity. It weighed like 2 lbs! But boyfriend didn't like the distribution... he said all the guacamole was all bunched up in one place. Suggest he order the torta next time.

Lilo's Kitchen has been my favorite find of 2023! I randomly found them at the Tuesday Tanforan Off the Grid food trucks and I've been coming back on the Tuesdays that they are there for months now (they are only there every other Tuesday and the Off the Grid website lists when they are in town). I love their quesabirrias, but I recently found a new love with their grilled cheese birria. The bread on the quesabirria soaks up the perfect amount of consome. One of my favorite things to do is order one grilled cheese birria and one order of quesabirria with my partner and split everything between the two of us, the best of both worlds! Keep up the great food Lilo's Kitchen! You definitely have a fan!

We had the Birria tacos , birria Ramen, and super Carne asada burrito. (Huge and tasty !Their customer service was welcoming and you can tell they cook with passion.Their price point and portions are a great bang for their buck. You get what you pay for here. Highly recommended and happy they are in San mateo mid peninsula. Have to say the best new thing in town the last couple years. Can't wait to try more things on their menu. Johnny

Not worth it! I got the birria ramen ... it was bland, had barely any meat and watery. Also they are rude & overpriced.. move along

We had Lilo's Kitchen come and cater the welcome dinner for our Dec '22 wedding. They were great to work with! Affordable, timely, and kind. We ordered 80 servings and peopled LOVED the food. I had friends/family who got seconds and even thirds because they thought it was so delicious! I still have guests telling me how much they loved the dinner provided by Lilo's! I would have Lilo's cater an event of mine again in a heartbeat.

3 birria tacos were a little over 17 with tax. meat was delicious and a decent portion - not generous, but not skimpy. the tortillas were corn of regular size. bummer was they didn't cook them in oil with cheese on the outside. that is what i'm used to and would have made them crispy and add a bit more flavor. of course the consume was way too hot at first sip and needed a bit to cool off. but it was perfectly salty and was delicious. if i was at an event with other trucks, i'd look around. but if there was nothing of interest, i'd eat here again. i would like to go a bit deeper in their menu offerings. and nothing to do with the food, besides being top chefs, but the owners/operators get kudos for going out an doing it. i have/had no problem supporting them. live fun and cheers!

If you like boring bland expensive tacos than this place is for you. Had them at a elementary school event and less than 1 hour in they ran out of quesadillas and only had caffeinated drinks for under 10 year olds . Ordered $80 dollars in tacos that were all rejected by the kids who never turn down tacos. It was bland boiled shredded chicken in a crispy tortilla.
