I had a bad experience!ur fries were stale!#378 receipt #. I went there had to big mac combo and your fries were stale. Usually they are great, love your place but there were stale, you know limp. no flavor at all. I went there around 4:00 pm PST. Why doesn't your staff keep the fries fresh? I wasted good earned money for fries that were terrible. It made my experience a negative one. I love your company but we deserve better. I'm sure if my mine were stale, other had same experience!
