My big complaint was the sign that says no free soda refills. It's bad enough mcdonalds got rid of the drink bars in many locations and now you now longer will offer a refill that costs about 5 cents! I will visit other locations instead. Really, if they did 50 free refills and day, what does it cost them? $2.50. Not good business sense as they would make that back by saving one customer in profit in one day.

Placed an order on the kiosk at 0841 and received it at 0905. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a coffee and hot chocolate. Lady KS#2 short change me $5. Gave her a $20 and she gave me three dollars and some change. Asked her about it and then she gave me the cash. Absolute disaster with the people running this place. Food good.

If you're in a pinch it's a great place to go to the bathroom real quick but I would not eat the food here very unhealthy protect your family you're better off making food at home

They ruined the restaurant when they remodeled it. There used to be a long counter with multiple cash registers where humans took your order and there was an open view into the kitchen so you could see the food prep.
Now there's a wall closing off the kitchen and only a small counter where they drop off your order. The vibe is very cold and impersonal now and despite the cutbacks in cashiers because people order via a touchscreen the prices are still higher than ever.

I should have taken a picture of it but I ordered an ice cream cone and it was so short it was like back in the day you get a big Frosty like ice cream it was a short little scoop of ice cream is supposed to be like a frosty basically the ice cream was small the ice cream cone they don't even know how to serve an ice cream cone anymore disappointed.
