Arrived 25 minutes before closing, waited in line for 10 minutes, only for them to stop taking orders right when it was my turn, 15 minutes before closing. If you aren't going to take my order, can you at least tell me before I waste my time standing in line? At least give me a chance to go somewhere else before everything closes.

The snow we ordered was very delicious, it was a very pleasant experience, all the flavors the only thing we didn't like was the white pudding but everything else was delicious

The quantity of toppings is too little for the price. This varies by location, the other store that we usually visit doesn't have this problem.
We ordered to-go but they mistakenly made a dine-in order. We didn't want to waste so it's fine, they probably just poured everything into a to-go container.
Then we asked for a bag. They said it's a quarter per bag. Firstly it's pricey, secondly they didn't ask if we wanted a bag when ordering. Are we supposed to go through checkout again for a bag worth a quarter? How about free bags as a convenience for your customers when they need one?

I thought the menu was confusing. I managed to order a Taro Ice thing. I enjoyed it. Was it worth $10? Probably not. It was a nice location to sit and chill though.

AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN! Added taro balls to the icy grass and there were no Taro ball at all. Staff at this store just don’t read the order details. While waiting for my order, i overhead another girl asking them to remake her drink because they made her the wrong one.
