Each Panda are different, this one seem to serve less (food)and charge more like the others. Shorter lines here then other Pandas that we seen, the food taste the same as the other Panda, you can walk up and get served without a long line.

Panda Express inside Hillsdale mall. Arrived around 11:20 am on a Friday.Got 2 meals. Pretty fast service. Generous portions. They were low on orange chicken. I was politely asked if I could wait 2 minutes for fresh. No problem. New dish seared steak and shrimp is really good.
