The menu is creative and not stuck in traditional ways, with dishes such as salumi and cheese boards that are both tasty and visually appealing. The house-made charcuterie was outstanding, especially the finocchiona and salame al parmigiano, and the crab and shrimp ravioli was both generous and delicious. Cocktails were bright and creative, and the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The ambiance strikes the right balance between upscale and comfortable. Pausa lives up to the hype.
