This location used to be great and still has great seating, but it takes so long to get a drink. The last couple times it has taken twenty minutes to get one cup of coffee. I wouldn't recommend coming until they add more staff again.

Constantly inconsistent speed of service. I feel for the employees, but the management of coffee operations in this location has been poor for the 4 years I've lived here. Breaking point for me was my mobile order today. Waited an hour and the barista was still behind because management decided one person was suitable for the mobile order load today. Worst Philz location, try another branch or go to another cafe in town
