I was having a bit of a rough day, but George at the order station turned things around with his infectious warm personality that made me laugh and feel better. He gave thoughtful recommendations for a caffeinated tea latte (as I can't drink coffee), including a chai or adding rose cream to black tea. Isaac, the barista, made a tasty iced chai and welcomed adjustments. The 2010s hip-hop playing inside added to the relaxed, friendly vibe, with the staff even throwing some Soulja Boy dance moves while working. Thanks for the pick me up! Next time I'll try the black tea with rose cream.

I ordered an iced rose latte expecting it to look like what's shown on the menu. The presentation of my drink was so unaesthetic. I then asked the staff if I can get a bit more of the rose cream, she then did not look pleased and put in more cream on my drink to a point where my drink was spilling out. Overall the customer service was not great. She could have paid more attention to what the customer is asking for.

What happened to Philz? You used to be able to order your coffee and have it started while you made your way through the payment linenow it’s backwards and you have to get through a massive line with one cashier while five people making coffee are standing around, waiting for the orders to come throughI miss the old days.

Rude service and subpar Philz drinks.Ordered a mint mojito, and they were busy chatting with each other rather than paying attention to the line.My drink, which I asked for more mint, had very little mint, and I asked for light cream, and it was regular cream. I would have had them remake the drink but the woman in front of me ordered a Rose drink and they made it wrong and they were busy trying to fix her drink and when they did it was still wrong so she walked out.I felt if they can't fix her drink then why bother. It's an expensive waste of $6.
