They mess up orders here it’s annoying and a long wait for them to remake things, they act like it’s your fault and they’re annoyed when the cashier taking the order is always screwing up.

love coming here after school to grab a drink especially w/ the order ahead option thru the philz app to save time! shout out to dylan (?? not entirely sure, the little chalkboard said "Dylan" on it, but it was a guy with light brownish hair) this afternoon for remaking my order right on the spot as i accidentally placed my order to the wrong location (the palo alto philz on forest ave). that was rly kind, please give this man a raise!

Always love Philz! This spot is a good one, free parking at the mall, but not always the easiest parking. I always love trying new things on the menu, this is their honey oat latte. Service was great, and they also had a lot of merch available at this location.
