We’ve been longtime customers of Pinstripes, including attending their Santa Brunch as a family tradition for years for my son. Unfortunately, the level of service has steadily declined over time, during both holiday events and regular visits.
When I realized our reservation had been booked for two instead of four, I tried to fix it online but couldn’t. I then called the restaurant to ask if two additional seats could be added, so our family could sit together. The request was denied without any alternatives or flexibility, even after I explained the situation.
I understand capacity limitations, but better communication, empathy or an effort to help would have gone a long way. Sadly, this experience ended a tradition we valued and pinstripes lost a valuable customer.

Bad burger, it seems just like a frozen patty with nothing special worth $19. Cocktails were average but pricey also.
They were hosting way too many events at once and staff seemed overwhelmed but remained extremely friendly and helpful.
Multiple problems with our lane and the lane next to us which definitely ate up a lot of potential bowling time.

This was our 2nd time here for weekend brunch. We were so thrilled with our first experience we had to return!! Our server Alfredo was outstanding both times we got him!! Very attentive and friendly!! The omelette , chilaquiles, carving and chicken & waffle stations were delicious. Service at the stations was fantastic!! Weekend brunch at pinstripes is a hidden gem.

Went for Sunday brunch. Particularly enjoyed the prime rib, not HOPR, but still good. Enjoyed the bottomless mimosas and chilaquilles too.

Really awesome steak with Brussels sprout. Amazingly juice steak and Brussels sprout just baked to perfection. Eat my heart out that day. Yummmmm. I was very impressed.

Great food. Atmosphere is very good and is very nice., It's clean. It's just great. Great staff as well! Very friendly. Tho I found a bug in my salad. It's fine but -1 star for that. Other then that it's very good. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Look, we all love the weekend brunch at Pinstripes.🧇🍗🍓 You love, I love it. But upstairs is their bowling alley and I must highlight the genius idea of having billiard-ball designs to keep track of while also making it the most user friendly to understand right away which one you want.
