The meat was fresh and good quality. The side food bar looked canned or like it came from a jar. The fruit was somewhat fresh. The sauces are not labeled, so it's a guessing game. The waiters are quick to come around and give attention. The receipt asking for a $10 , $20, or even $30 Tip is outrageous. Especially if you are the one cooking food. Pay your employees a living wage so they can stop acting like their cooking our food and getting upset when we ask for more portions...
Probably my favorite Seapot restaurant in the Bay. Slightly smaller than the Sunnyvale location, but they offer more variety in terms of side dishes with fruit, dim sum, and other prepared foods.
In terms of meats and soup options, there are so many good ones to choose from. The thai pot is quite unique, but I love the healthy herb. For an AYCE place, the price is very reasonable at $34.

We made a reservation but it was not crowded on a week night in July.
We chose Korean BBQ and Hot Pot, about $33/person.
I loved the garlic shrimp! We also had steak, pork, and lamb. Get some lettuce wraps for your meats! There is a sauce bar so you can mix and match what sauce you like for the meat as well.
I had miso broth with all kinds of things added in: beef meatball, noodles, taro,...
