Manager didn’t respond to my very important call,

I was so excited to try these burgers for the 1st time, especially because I was so hungry and have been hearing all this hype about them. 1st restaurant was difficult to find if you haven't been there before. I even asked people that were in that area if they knew where this restaurant is, but no one could guide me in the right direction. It took me 10 minutes to find it. I order add paid via their app and that was a good experience. Food was ready when I got there. I ordered to go, and I still had to go and get my own drink. Has I got back to my car, took out the food and was disappointed by the luck of it. I ordered a double cheeseburger with everything on it. The burger was smushed together, barely any lettuce or tomatoes. The taste wasn't even anything out of the ordinary. I would have much rather had a burger from McDonald's. I also ordered bacon cheesy fries and the peppermint shake. Fries were also disappointing and didn't have enough bacon and was not very cheesy. Although the peppermint bark shake was on on point. I will definitely be back for that. I'm not trying to be mean. I know people like it here but it was just not for me. No photos available because I was too hungry to take any. Maybe I experienced it because I did get there before they were closing. My expectations were too high, and I was really disappointed.

Pickup experience has consistently been poor. They put your order on the counter but don’t call out a name. You have to closely keep track or constantly ask to get your pickup order.

I absolutely love Shake Shack!!! The food never disappoints, and the customer service is chef’s kiss! I have to give a special shoutout to Jason!!! he always goes above and beyond. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers these days, and he truly makes every visit better!

The SHACK BURGER as served (nothing special added just the Shack Burger) is THEEE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER EATEN. It is worth every single penny. The taste 👅 of the angus beef alone makes it a burger that stands out from any other fast food burger on the market. no exaggeration your burgers taste like a chef has prepared them! And don’t forget those bacon cheese fries!

Without a doubt, the best burger I’ve ever had. You can feel the quality with every bite. The bun, the meat, the special sauce….so simple, yet so far superior to burgers otherwise available. Worth every penny.

Messed up my order & nasty presentation

I come here often because the food and shakes are always great. Dining in has been a good experience, and I especially enjoy the outdoor seating area. That said, the staff could be a bit friendlier, and the order/pick-up process sometimes feels disorganized—I’ve even had an order get lost before. Overall, I’d recommend dining in over takeout for a smoother experience.

Ordered smoke shack and fried pickles. Bacon on the smoke shack was raw and only received 6 fried pickles in the box. It was more than half empty.

The meet was overcooked to the point that the edge was carbonated.
Otherwise it tastes good and the environment and service are good. Easy to park at the mall parking garage
