The worst burger I have ever had.

The manager was very friendly. Despite having to come in the day after Thanksgiving she was both hyping up the staff and creating a very fun environment for staff and customers alike. Working in the service industry myself, I will say that customer service is big deciding factor in becoming a return customer. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Also side note food was cooked well and staff was on top of cleanliness.

I’m disappointed by the nuggets served at this shake shack. From being out of stock to receiving cold, dry, and crumb-like nuggets, I will not order them again. I also think the ambience of the store is cold and dark and depressing and now I’m wondering if the burger is worth the price. I will be coming back less often.

My employer ordered lunch for us from shake shack worst lunch we ever had.

Parking: Great tasting burger but a little pricey and the cashier was having problems with the register so I had to use the kiosk. The kiosk asked a lot of questions.

Ordered two truffle burgers, priced at 11.49 on the kiosk. This is what I got. Looks totally different from the images, tiny, and expensive to boot. Had to open it up to find any crispy onions

I absolutely appreciated the service at Shake Shake, Hillsadale Mall. The cashier and cooks went above and beyond to satisfy our request / order. Their frontline service does Shake Shake real justice and is extremely representative of Quality Customer Service. Thanks again!

We ordered via the kiosk and had our food delivered to our table. Everything was pretty contactless and hassle free.

We ordered 2 Shacks Burger and 1 Bacon Cheeseburger, 1 fries and one float root beer. The food was good, but the drink was a bit under the par. Otherwise, everything was good. Decent place for burgers!

They got our order wrong and ran out of shakes at only 7! And the meat in my burger was crunchy. My friend ordered a double bacon cheeseburger to be lettuce wrapped with sauce and got a lettuce wrapped normal cheeseburger without sauce or bacon. Do not recommend.

Recently in NYC,The new york shake shack has serving crowds down. This particular store has no clue. To cut down on staff, you can only order on the video screen. The cheapest burger was 10$. Took 21 min to get order. 43$ for 2 burgers and fries with one drink. Very mediocre in look and taste. I will never eat here again. Could have had 2 personal pizzas at California pizza kitchen for 25$. New York was 28$ for same order. Stay away.

Went on a Sunday visit to Hillsdale Shopping and there was a big crowd of people, families, young students, friends. It was a little crowded but we got plenty of tables to choose from Shake Shack. Reliable burgers, fries and soda to while away the time. Eating filling delicious cheeseburgers. Good place, good food. Great!!
