Ordered 10 drinks and the staff couldn’t provide a plastic bag, but they provided me 2 cupholders. There’s no way I can carry it, I had to grab my own bags. The drinks were okay, but staff could’ve done better.

Tried the coconut grass jelly milk tea with 30% sugar, I don't have sweet teeth so it is still a little bit sweet, otherwise it is pretty good, the toppings are very fresh and you can taste the coconut quite a bit. There are also a lot of seats inside, clean, can hangout with friend there.

Good drinks and friendly people, clean store

Shuyi Tea is great!! Their boba is very squishy and they have a wide variety of drinks. I will say they don't make it incredibly clear which drinks have dairy, I got a coconut milk drink that ended up having heavy cream in it. Their prices are also pretty high, but it makes sense for the area. Definitely get the grass jelly, it's so good!! The inside is pretty cute, a good amount of indoor tables and other seating. They don't accept cash, and you exclusively order on the kiosk.

They have two ordering stations. There's a parking garage nearby and plenty of street parking. The watermelon drinks are my GF's absolute favorite and honestly I can see why. I think 30-50% is the sweet spot for sugar level at this place. They have multiple textures in their drink but everything goes in and out well. The service here is super quick and there's some seating at the restaurant and a bit more public seating outside. They place is pretty clean and modern though it does look it's age in a few spots.

Warm and friendly customer service is essential for any business. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel welcomed during my visit to your store. I believe focusing on customers, rather than just profit, is crucial for long-term success. I kindly suggest working on this aspect to improve the overall customer experience.

I was strolling around and came upon this place while my name was on a waitlist in the area. I paid a visit since my friend wanted to try it out while killing some time. The friendly staff greeted us and was offered to order from the counter or from one of their 2 kiosks. I placed our order through kiosk since we wanted to see what’s on their menu. They have many delicious and exciting drinks to choose from, if you are unsure they have a list or their top drinks. This brand is a big hit in China where they sell around 200 millions cups of drinks a year. I believe this place was recently opened since the interior looks brand new. The process was worth the wait and I don’t mind since I have high patience. From the time we entered it was pretty much empty, after placing our order it became a full house. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you want to try something new or just in need of a refresher. I definitely will be back to tryout other options they have to offer.
