One employee is particularly rude. We asked for water for our puppy and he said we had to buy a coffee firstbto ask for water.

Came in today to redeem my first free refill, and I had the pleasure to be helped by Lilly who took care of my request immediately, explained how the refill program worked and handled everything quickly, with professionalism and a positive attitude. I’m very pleased with my experience today.

Your employees need more staff and support for morning rush
You have an employee's only bathroom but not a customer bathroom.You still charges seven dollars for a cup of coffee And only provide about for yourself. Peet's has a bathroom for their customers. I'll go there from now on. Simply ridiculous.
Best Starbucks in my opinion. Theyre always the fastest and friendliest. Their drinks are also well made plus they often put out tasty samples.

No seating. The store looks like it’s just been robbed. The dragon drink I got is 70% of ice. Trenta size is like 10oz of actual drink. Will not visit again.

There’s no seating whatsoever except a bench. No tables. Don’t come here if you want to sit and have a chat or work.
My frappuccino was a bit more watery than other Starbucks which isn't the end of the world. What's sad is the fact that they took away all the table tops and chargers for this Starbucks. What happened to Starbucks being a place for people to hang out and work? This store is pathetic.

I am deeply frustrated with my recent experience at Starbucks. A Starbucks delivery driver blocked my car in a neighboring store's parking spot and completely disregarded my multiple requests to move his truck. He spent about 10 minutes unloading, all while I was helplessly trapped in car, cold, hungry, my family was waiting for me but I was unable to leave. He should just move the truck and let me go but he didn’t. This blatant disregard for customer convenience is unacceptable. I urge Starbucks to address this issue seriously to prevent such inconsiderate behavior from negatively impacting other customers in the future!

Waited for 10 min in line to be served. Watched people leave without purchasing anything due to lack of service. Not even a good morning recognition they were waiting or sorry we are backed up. When I did get to tbe counter to place my order I asked for the combo to use the restroom which is locked. I was told it was not for customer's use! Taking my business to Pete's Coffee now. This SB is garbage!

There is a free kids playground best suited for family visits and lots of toys for kids to have fun at Target with reasonable prices.
