I am genuinely surprised to see this location rated at only 3.9 stars. I've been coming here twice a week for the past month, and my experience has been consistently five-star.

The morning staff is particularly excellent. They are always friendly, and their genuine smiles are the perfect way to start my day. Yes, they get busy—it's Starbucks—but the consistent and friendly greeting everyone receives truly sets this location apart.

This spot is now one of my top locations, right up there with the East Cut store in SF!

Kind staff. But they consistently get my drinks wrong. They make my hot matcha super weak. I even order extra matcha and each time it tastes like warm milk with a slight taste of matcha. And there is no froth on top. I keep thinking, this time it will be a good matcha. But it never is. The two times I ordered hot chocolate, they forgot whipped cream, even though I specifically asked for it. I will look for a new place to get my drinks.

Excellent service. I thought they used the wrong expresso for the Brown Sugar Oat Shakn Esp couple times, but turned out just the Barista used a little too much milk for my own taste

Very badly they made me feel humiliated at the time of asking for my order I indicated that my name is OMAR and when my order was ready they called Juan for the fact of being Latino and then they asked me and they all started laughing bad service.

This is the worst grande iced matcha latte I've ever had.

Over priced
It's not the same quality it used to be
I used to frequent Starbucks, now I drive past it. I make better coffee at home, with a reusable travel cup. I figure i save at least $30 a week.
And with their lines, they aren't even convenient anymore.

Need to practice basic milk frother skills to prepare nice creamy barista flavored coffee , it is not ok to fill the cup with airy milk foam.

They need to clean the restrooms daily very dirty they have all these people working that's atleast what they can do for the public

I got in the last 5 minutes (my bad!!), but the staff was patient with me. They still did their job professionally. I got my order pretty quickly considering I was the last customer.

This morning I had my first time use of rewards App and Kiyomi made my day! She helped me setup the app which was a challenge for me but she breezed through the setup and I was able to order.
She works hard too.
