Usually, I go here and order with no problem at all. However the last few weeks I noticed and overheard a very uncomfortable comment. Hailey the barista has used the word "r*tard" on multiple occasions while making drinks or directing it towards other workers. What kind of employee believes that is the right term to use at any standpoint. There's much more to vocalize but no enough words can be typed. There needs to be a conversation of how inappropriate this work space is. Please manage your workers better. This image they portray isn't valid.

The service here is really great. I place my orders through the mobile app and very rarely have had to wait for my order. The drinks are always made really well, and the baristas engage with you quickly to get your order out. I really appreciate their great service and consistent drink quality!
