One of my favorite bubble tea spots in the area! Since I live nearby, I'm a regular here—and I’ve pretty much tasted most of the menu, including their snacks.

Green bubble ‘s popcorn chicken is what I must order item !
Tested just like the Taiwanese one , juicy and crispy !

Tea quality is average, but their boba cooked well .

This one is San Mateo location, I think here is better than Union city , Fremont one , Oakland location is the best one for me .

This place has tons of great options & great service! It was so hard to decide but I ordered the Taro tea half sweet with extra boba which tastes like subtle vanilla, so yummy!!
