It’s a goto restaurant for Indian food. They provide both veg and non veg options. The biriyani’s are good usually they have lot of South Indian dishes on the menu.During peak hours the food taste is not the same biriyani tastes like fried rice. But otherwise it’s a good place when it’s not crowded and not all tables are occupied.Take aways are mostly good!

I come here regularly but today I am disappointed with food and service.I have order two briyani for Togo and one soup for dine in the soup ? has human thing(hair) in it up on showing to Jhon he immediately sorry for the quality of soup but when I went to pay the bill he was still charging for soup and when I asked him are you still going to charge for soup he started shaking his head and remove the soup from the bill. I haven’t argued for his behavior but I felt bad with the behavior of jhon.Tabla is great place to dine in and serve good quality of food. I can see the rating going down I hope going forward they try to improve.

They try their best to fill the dishes with rice. Barely any chicken in their biryanis. Avoid pickups/deliveries

Great food - every dish we ordered was high quality - the kids cheese dosa was perfect with what looked like Amul cheese. The owner kindly supplemented the chutney with ketchup / hersheys chocolate as an alternative when he learnt our kid had nut allergy. The Chicken Dum Biryani was flavorful and huge portion size. The rava dosa was probably the best we’ve had in the Bay Area. Highly recommend eating here, the owner was extremely kind and went out of his way to make our meal enjoyable.

I live in Boston and periodically come to the Bay Area for work and to visit family. I LOVE this restaurant. The food is SO delicious and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Tonight we had onion masala dosa, goat keema with parota, chili paneer, onion uttapam. Everything was spectacular and we left incredibly content. If you love good, authentic Indian food come here or the chili paneer and the mango lassi and be happy.

We were a party of 4 for lunch on a Saturday. It was not a busy afternoon, but still, it took them 10mins to give us water and the menu. We ordered Tandoori Roti, Aloo Gobhi, and Paneer Tikka Masala. The food was tasty, and the quantity was also perfect for 4 people. The roti could have been more softer. The Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai were also good! Definitely recommended ?!

I placed a pickup order at this Indian restaurant, and their special Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani is incredibly delicious – one of the best I've had in the States. While I didn't dine in, the pickup experience was smooth with the food ready on time. The ambiance seemed decent, and overall, I highly recommend this place for biryani enthusiasts.
